This adorable sketch of a colorful Halifax house is by famed Public Gardens artist and creative force around town, Roger Hupman, who along with Judy Matthews sold their art along the fence of Halifax’s Public Gardens from 1968 until around 1980.
Roger Hupman’s artwork features Halifax buildings, as well as other iconic Nova Scotian landmarks.
This sketch is 5” x 7”, framed to 9” x 11” and dates from 1974.
