Vintage Italian Barrel Corkscrew made by Lauffer of Italy, circa 1970s... a simple to use corkscrew just place tip of worm (helix) in the centre of the cork, whilst pushing down lightly screw handle clockwise and the cork will be extracted into the corkscrew.
This particular example is lightly engraved with the initials 'ICC'
