I love the contrast between the minimal base of this gorgeous bowl and its wide opening - it looks almost as if it should be floating. The glazing and shape evoke a Japanese aesthetic. Gorgeous blues, violets and grays that work well with a modern contemporary, midcentury or traditional decor.
